Qualifications

• 5+ years in a managerial or senior testing role.
• Proven ability to lead large testing teams.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA.
• Exposure to Source-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, or Order-to-Cash.
• Experience in transport and logistics sector is advantageous.

Roles & Responsibilities

Role Summary

The Test Manager is responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end testing strategy for finance transformation programs. The role ensures that system functionality, integration, and data quality meet business requirements before deployment, while overseeing defect and incident management, governance, resourcing, and stakeholder communication.

Strategy and Governance

• Establish the overall testing strategy, methodology, and standards for the transformation projects
• Define quality gates, acceptance criteria, and quality metrics
• Create standardized testing frameworks, templates, and playbooks aligned with DSV ways of working
• Accountable for testing and defect & incident management deliverables
• Ensure testing and defect & incident management activities comply with regulatory requirements, audit standards, and corporate governance policies
• Support in identification and mitigation of strategic testing and incident management risks

Planning

• Define program level testing strategy consisting of several (roll out) projects
• Plan and allocate testing and defect & incident management resources to project pipeline
• Planning of testing and defect & incident management capacity based on rollout schedule

Leadership & Team development

• Build and develop the testing and defect & incident management team
• Recruit, hire, and onboard testing and defect & incident management resources with appropriate skills and experience
• Manage performance of testing and defect & incident management team
• Develop testing capabilities and expertise across the team; identify skill gaps and training needs

Stakeholder management and comms

• Report progress, risks, and issues to Finance Delivery Centre Manager and relevant stakeholders
• Manage escalations and resolve strategic testing and defect & incident management issues
• Build and maintain relationships with key DSV programme stakeholders across the rollout value chain

Required Experience

• Bachelors degree in Engineering/ Business/Accounting or corresponding experience
• 8-12 Years of experience testing
• 5+ Years SAP S4HANA application experience in one/ or many of these areas: ERP implementations in SAP FI, SAP CO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAPMDG
• 5+ years in a manager or senior testing role
• Proven ability to lead large testing teams
• Hands on experience with JIRA
• Exposure to Source-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, or Order-to-Cash processes is an advantage
• Prior experience in transport and logistics sector is an advantage
