The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in health insurance, with proven team leadership and strong stakeholder management capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Health Insurance (Corporate-Client Servicing or TPA).
• Proven track record in client servicing, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
• Currently in a managerial role with direct team handling responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of corporate client expectations and insurance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate relationship management and drive retention.
• Ensure engagement and value delivery to key corporate accounts.
• Provide leadership reporting and resolve escalations.
• Prepare reports on top corporates, brokers and insurers.
• Identify and resolve issues before they escalate; meet SLAs.
• Coordinate with Preauth, Claims and Enrollment for cashless settlements.
• Monitor MIS submissions to insurers and clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with HO teams of insurers & brokers.
• Oversee profitability and cost control for major corporates.
• Portfolio management of corporate clients focusing on service excellence.
• Possible supervision of a 12+ member team when required.

Overview

We are hiring Managerial role in Vidal Health Insurance TPA for Client Servicing (Corporate).

Only TPA or Health Insurance industry will be preferred. Immediate Joiner also required.

Job Title: Manager; Job Location: Gurgaon, Udhyog Vihar Phase 5.

Role Objective: To lead and optimize the organization’s strategy, ensuring seamless client interactions and service delivery across health insurance workflows. The Manager will serve as a strategic bridge between technology, client servicing, and operations to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Corporate Relationship Management
• 2.Derive retention and satisfaction of top corporate clients across the region.
• Ensure consistent engagement and value delivery to key accounts (Corporates).
• Leadership reporting & issue resolution on any escalations.
• Prepare and review reports on top corporates, insurance companies, and brokers if required.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate to leadership.
• SLA fulfilment & stakeholder commitments.
• Oversee timely submission of MIS reports to insurance companies, corporate clients, and internal teams.
• Maintain strong working relationships with HO teams of insurance companies & brokers.
• Coordination with functional department (Preauth, Claims, Enrollment, and related functions) for claims and cashless settlement.
• Responsible for profitability and cost control of key corporates and retention.
• Portfolio management: handle corporate client portfolios with a focus on service excellence and retention.
• 12.Team handling if required, etc.
