Job summary

LatentView Analytics Ltd. seeks an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents that empower Data Engineers, Data Analysts, and Business Users to discover, understand, and interact with enterprise data assets using natural language.

The candidate will work with Data Engineering, Analytics, Governance, and Business teams to build multi-agent systems, integrate with data platforms, and create semantic search capabilities. Proven production AI delivery is essential.

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents that empower Data Engineers, Data Analysts, and Business Users to discover, understand, and interact with enterprise data assets using natural language.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Data Engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Knowledge Graphs, Metadata Management, and Data Analytics. The candidate should have successfully delivered production AI solutions that automate data discovery, data lineage analysis, SQL generation, data quality investigations, semantic search, and business insights generation.

Responsibilities :

• Design and develop AI Agents for Data Engineering and Analytics use cases.
• Build intelligent data copilots that help users:
• Understand datasets and schemas
• Troubleshoot data quality issues
• Interpret b usiness metrics
• Generate insights and reports
• Develop RAG-based solutions using enterprise metadata, data catalogs, and business glossaries.
• Build multi-agent systems for data discovery, governance, quality, and analytics workflows.
• Integrate AI agents with data platforms, warehouses, and catalog solutions.
• Design semantic search solutions over enterprise data assets.
• Create evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, reliability, and trustworthiness of AI responses.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, Governance, and Business teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Implement guardrails, observability, monitoring, and governance controls for AI systems.
• Lead architecture decisions and mentor junior engineers.
