Job summary

Moder in Bangalore is seeking a Manager to support bankruptcy operations and client projects. The role focuses on end-to-end bankruptcy processes and documentation management, with an emphasis on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will have 9–17 years of experience in bankruptcy-related workflows, strong communication, and team leadership. This is an on-site, night-shift position based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge about Bankruptcy process and basic understanding of Bankruptcy documents.
• Strong understanding towards Proof of Claim, Motion for Relief, Notice of Default, Motion to Approve Loan Mod, Objection & Billing processes.
• Ensure all assigned cases are worked in accordance with regulatory, investor timelines.

Bankruptcy

• Good Knowledge about Bankruptcy process and basic understanding of the Bankruptcy related documents
• Strong understanding towards Proof of Claim (410A), Motion for Relief, Notice of Default, Motion to Approve Loan Mod, Objection & Billing processes
• Reviewing of all the required Bankruptcy documents for filing process. Also, should have basic knowledge of all the processes under Bankruptcy.
• Reviewing the borrower details to determine whether the borrower is falling under any state regulated protections which in turn will influence Bankruptcy
• Good knowledge of reviewing Mortgage and Bankruptcy related documents
• Ensure all assigned cases are worked in accordance with regulatory, investor timelines.
• Update and document all tracking systems including the clear and accurate documentation of the accounts worked
