Job summary

ARCHER is seeking a BK Claims Senior Analyst to support U.S. Bankruptcy Code Chapter 11 case administration.

The role centers on monitoring shared inboxes, triaging emails from creditors, courts and clients, and routing communications to the appropriate teams for timely acknowledgment and documentation. In this position you will review notices and deadlines, maintain an email log, and coordinate overnight service requests with the US team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream (commerce preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in US-based MNCs.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and triage incoming emails related to U.S. Bankruptcy Chapter 11 cases and route to teams.
  • Review emails from creditors, claimants, attorneys, and court representatives; extract key data.
  • Prioritize time-sensitive notices, deadlines, and claimant inquiries per SLAs.
  • Maintain a structured email tracking log to prevent misses or misrouting.
  • Coordinate with the US team on overnight service requests to ensure continuity.
  • Deliver training on email triage, routing, and documentation standards.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The BK Claims Senior Analyst plays a pivotal role in Bankruptcy case administration under U.S. Bankruptcy Code Chapter 11, working with the US team to manage and process overnight service requests received via email. The primary scope of work involves monitoring shared inboxes, triaging incoming correspondence from creditors, courts, and clients, classifying and routing emails to the appropriate teams, and ensuring timely acknowledgment and documentation of all communications related to active bankruptcy cases.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Monitor and manage shared inboxes to receive, review, and triage incoming email correspondence related to U.S. Bankruptcy Chapter 11 cases, ensuring accurate classification and timely routing to the appropriate teams or associates.
  • Review emails from creditors, claimants, attorneys, and court representatives; extract key information related to Proofs of Claim, deadlines, and case updates.
  • Prioritize and escalate time-sensitive communications, including court notices, filing deadlines, and claimant
  • inquiries, in accordance with established SLAs and internal quality standards.
  • Maintain a structured email tracking log to ensure no correspondence is missed, misrouted, or left unresolved within stipulated turnaround times.
  • Coordinate with the US team on overnight service requests received via email, ensuring seamless handoff and continuity of case administration activities.
  • Deliver training to both existing and new associates on email triage protocols, routing guidelines, and documentation standards, ensuring alignment with performance standards.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :
  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream (preferably- commerce background).
  • Proven 2 - 5 years of experience in US-based MNCs.
Technical Skills:
  • Data entry skills: A typing speed of at least 60 WPM with excellent spelling, grammar, and diction skills.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting cursive and various forms of handwritten documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Access, and Word.
  • Demonstrates quality through accuracy and attention to detail; actively seeks opportunities to improve and
  • promote high standards; incorporates feedback to enhance performance; monitors work to ensure consistency
  • Exhibit proficiency in both written and verbal communication, showcasing the ability to comprehend provided information and draw appropriate conclusions.

  • understanding.
