Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee – Systems & Operations, you will:

• Work directly at the client location, ensuring smooth operations and system execution.
• Assist in optimizing and managing operations related to mobility and travel tech systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, product, and operations, to streamline workflows.
• Analyse business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements using data-driven insights.
• Support in managing vendors, supply chain, and backend system operations.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring smooth execution of projects.
• Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients in cab services, if assigned to the operations vertical.
• Assist in implementing new technology solutions and automation to enhance efficiency.
• Work on system integration and troubleshooting for internal tools and platforms.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and operational best practices.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders in English, Kannada and Hindi, ensuring seamless coordination.
