Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join us as a Management Trainee. The selected candidate will undergo structured training across finance and business operations, gaining exposure to accounting, financial planning, supply chain, procurement optimization, taxation, and operational efficiency. The role is designed to groom the candidate into future leadership positions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in financial reporting, preparation of MIS, and analysis of financial performance.
• Support in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive business insights.
• Work with business teams to analyze profitability, cost optimization, and pricing decisions.
• Support supply chain and procurement optimization initiatives, focusing on cost savings, vendor analysis, and working capital efficiency.
• Contribute to projects that enhance operational efficiency and process automation.
• Assist in taxation matters – Direct & Indirect tax compliance, assessments, and filings.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align finance with operations and business growth objectives.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS), and company policies.
• Participate in special projects such as fund-raising, ERP implementation, or process re-engineering.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret financial and operational data.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Interest in business operations, supply chain, and procurement.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) is an advantage.
• Ability to work in teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA with 1st or 2nd attempt), freshly qualified or up to 1 year of experience.

Successful completion of the trainee program may lead to placement in roles such as Finance Analyst, Business Finance Partner, Supply Chain Finance Analyst, or Assistant Manager – Finance/Operations, with opportunities for advancement into managerial positions.
