We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage the overall accounting, taxation, and compliance functions of the company. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, transparency, and statutory compliance in all financial and accounting matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Income Tax & Compliance:
- Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for the company as well as individuals.
- Ensuring timely compliance of TDS/TCS provisions, including filing of returns and reconciliation.
- Representation before tax authorities and appearing for hearings related to income tax assessments.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Conduct ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and ensure proper documentation.
- Finalization of Quarterly, Half-Yearly, and Annual Accounts in line with statutory requirements.
- GST Compliance:
- Manage GST reconciliation, return filing, and documentation.
- Provide necessary support during account finalization from a GST perspective and during assessments.
- Audit & Controls:
- Ensure timely completion of Statutory Audit and Tax Audit.
- Implement and monitor compliance with the company’s internal control systems and accounts manual.
- Coordinate with auditors and other stakeholders for audit-related queries and compliance.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively.
