Job summary

McGraw Hill, a global education innovator, is hiring two Management Trainees for one year to support its Higher Education team in Bengaluru-Remote. You will promote textbooks, ebooks, and digital learning platforms to colleges and universities, build relationships with faculty, and assist with adoption of our tools.

You will conduct product demos, presentations, and trainings, identify sales opportunities, visit campuses, and manage a sales pipeline to help achieve targets while gathering market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a tier 1 or tier 2 institution.
• Previous full‑time/part‑time work experience or related certifications adds value.
• Self-starter with the ability to navigate complexity and take ownership.
• Strong learning mindset with analytical, data-driven and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities; team collaboration.
• Project management with focus on process, data handling and timely delivery.

• Manage reporting by updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate business data
