Case New Holland Const Equip Ind Private Limited is seeking a Management Trainee in the Human Resources domain to join our team in Greater Noida, India. The position is on-site and open to interns or CO-OP candidates.

The incumbent will support with large data sets using Excel and other tools to meet business analytics needs. Ideal candidates are fresh MBAs or those who have previously interned in a similar role, with hands-on Excel skills and a willingness to learn the business environment data

Qualifications

• MBA required; up to 1 year work experience with hands-on Excel and data usage familiarity.
• Fresh MBA or someone who has interned in a similar role with good Excel hands-on skills.

Responsibilities

• Support with large data sets using Excel and other tools for business analysis needs.
• Assist in data analysis and reporting tasks to support HR operations.
