Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Management Trainee to help grow the BEAUTE&NUTRIE brand identity. You will work on campaigns that connect our premium products with the right audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content and produce visuals aligned with brand goals and aesthetics.
• Plan and manage influencer marketing campaigns and execute influencer gifting programs.
• Manage vendors for BTL (Below-the-Line) activations and organize brand activations or sampling initiatives.
• Launch commercial activations for both loyal and new users to drive brand growth.
• Conduct research on competitor trends in the Indian wellness and beauty space.
• Identify and develop avenues to reach college students and Gen Z communities.
• Work with store managers to align in-store promotions with digital brand messaging.
• Assist in developing comprehensive marketing campaigns for new product launches, such as skincare and supplements.
