Key Responsibilities

• Support Senior Director with operational reporting, business insights, and performance tracking.
• Design, develop, automate, and maintain operational and management reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across multiple reporting platforms.
• Analyze trends, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful solutions.
• Utilize reporting and visualization tools to create user-friendly dashboards and presentations.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting processes through automation, technology, and innovation.
• Support business reviews by preparing recurring and ad hoc reports.
• Prepare management presentations, business reviews, and executive summaries for leadership meetings.
