Job Title: MIS Executive – E-commerce (Shopify & Meta Data Reporting)

Location: Jaipur

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1–3 years in E-commerce or Digital Reporting

Salary Range: Maximum 3.2 to 3.5 LPA initially

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data from Shopify and Meta (Facebook Ads/Instagram) to create actionable daily dashboards. This role is critical in providing real-time insights to guide business and marketing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract and manage data from Shopify (orders, customer behavior, product performance, etc.)
• Analyze Meta Ads Manager data (campaign performance, spending, conversions, ROAS, etc.)
• Build and maintain daily/weekly/monthly dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Data Studio)
• Track key e-commerce KPIs like AOV, CAC, conversion rates, traffic, and revenue
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and usability
• Prepare performance reports and summaries for stakeholders
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and perform quality checks
• Automate recurring reports where possible

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business, IT, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a data/reporting role (preferably e-commerce)
• Strong command of MS Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Shopify Admin and Meta Ads Manager
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus
• Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI, Google Data Studio is preferred
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in D2C or E-commerce brands
• Knowledge of marketing metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Basic scripting knowledge (Google Apps Script, SQL) is a bonus
