TransGanization is seeking an analytical, commercially minded Management Consultant to support business strategy, transformation and operational excellence initiatives in Mumbai. The role targets professionals who can break down complex problems, analyse data and deliver actionable recommendations with stakeholder buy-in.

Ideal candidates come from management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation or analytics, with 4–7 years of relevant experience and strong Excel/PowerPoint

Qualificações

• 4–7 years of relevant full-time professional experience in management consulting
• Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology or a relevant quantitative or analytical discipline
• MBA, PGDM, MSc or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Management, Business, Strategy, Finance, Operations or a related discipline
• Strong structured problem-solving, analytical reasoning and business judgement
• Demonstrated ability to convert business data and complex problems into practical recommendations
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience working across functions, business units, clients or multiple domains
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, Tableau or other analytical tools is an advantage
• Evidence of ownership, initiative and measurable business or operational impact

Responsabilidades

• Analyze business performance, market trends, competitive landscapes and growth opportunities to support strategic decision-making
• Conduct structured problem analysis, root-cause assessments and feasibility studies to identify improvement opportunities
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, develop business cases, build performance reports and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Support operating-model redesign, process optimisation, digital transformation and organisational efficiency initiatives
• Develop project plans, track milestones and KPIs, identify risks and coordinate cross-functional implementation
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams, facilitate discussions and communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Prepare structured presentations, management reports, dashboards and decision-support materials
• Contribute to the development of frameworks, methodologies, tools and reusable solutions that improve business outcomes

About the Role

We are looking for an analytical, commercially minded Management Consultant to support business strategy, transformation and operational excellence initiatives. Candidates from management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, operations, analytics, technology consulting or program management backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Business Strategy Analyze business performance, market trends, competitive landscapes and growth opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
• Business Problem-Solving Conduct structured problem analysis, root-cause assessments and feasibility studies to identify improvement opportunities.
• Data Analytics Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, develop business cases, build performance reports and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Business Transformation Support operating-model redesign, process optimisation, digital transformation and organisational efficiency initiatives.
• Project Execution Develop project plans, track milestones and KPIs, identify risks and coordinate cross-functional implementation.
• Stakeholder Management Collaborate with clients and internal teams, facilitate discussions and communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Executive Communication Prepare structured presentations, management reports, dashboards and decision-support materials.
• Continuous Improvement Contribute to the development of frameworks, methodologies, tools and reusable solutions that improve business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology or a relevant quantitative or analytical discipline, where required by the project.
• MBA, PGDM, MSc or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Management, Business, Strategy, Finance, Operations or a related discipline.
• 4–7 years of relevant full-time professional experience in management consulting, strategy, business transformation, operational excellence, business analytics, technology consulting, program management or a related field.
• Strong structured problem-solving, analytical reasoning and business judgement.
• Demonstrated ability to convert business data and complex problems into practical recommendations.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
