Job summary

Lupin is seeking a Manufacturing/Production professional to execute batch processing under supervision, ensuring adherence to cGMP, GDP, and EH&S standards. You will operate and maintain equipment, record in-process results, and support line clearance during changeovers to ensure product integrity.

The role requires 2–5 years of manufacturing experience and relevant vocational or diploma education. Training will be provided to ensure compliance with SOPs and quality systems.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of manufacturing experience in pharma or related industry.
• Diploma/Vocational education as stated in education section.
• Familiarity with cGMP, GDP, data integrity and EH&S standards.

Responsibilities

• Comply with cGMP, GDP, data integrity and EH&S requirements.
• Manufacture or process batches under supervision per BMR instructions.
• Operate and clean equipment and accessories per SOPs; maintain area and machines.
• Perform in-process checks and record results in documents.
• Ensure calibration and preventive maintenance of equipment per schedule.
• Support line clearance during batch/product changeovers; ensure SOP compliance.
• Attend required cGMP/On-the-Job/Functional trainings as planned.

Job Description

• Comply with all cGMP, GDP, Data integrity and EH&S requirement.
• Conduct all activities as per the applicable SOPs.
• Report any quality concern or suggestion for improvement to supervisors/ managers.
• Manufacturing / processing of batches of assigned products under supervision as per instructions given in the BMR
• Operation and cleaning of equipment’s and accessories used in related production activities as per respective SOP.
• Up-keeping area and machines as per GMP requirements.
• Performing in-process checks as per respective BMR and recording of results in respective documents as applicable.
• Ensure calibration and preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment and instruments as per approved schedule and the results of same meeting the standards.
• To perform line clearance activity during batch-to-batch and product to product change over and ensure the compliance as per SOP.
• To handle the coating machine make ACG.
• Trouble-shooting of coating related problem of machine and process as and when necessary.
• To attend required cGMP/ On Job /Functional training activities as per planner.
