Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India seeks a senior leader to oversee fund accounting operations (NAVs, allocations, fees, carried interest) for PE, Credit and RE clients across geographies. Lead a large, multi‑layer team and guide end‑to‑end financial close with strong governance.

You will drive standardization, automation, and delivery model evolution while upholding PwC values. Investran and LemonEdge experience is highly preferred; CA/CPA/CMA/MBA credentials are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in alternatives fund finance operations with end-to-end fund accounting expertise (NAV, partner capital, allocations, fees/carry/waterfalls).
• Experience in Investran & LemonEdge (Highly preferred).
• Proven leadership of large-scale operations with global stakeholder engagement and demanding close cycles.
• CA/CPA/CMA/MBA (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Delivery leadership: own fund books, close cycles, NAVs, allocations, and carried interest support.
• Stakeholder governance: lead governance with US leadership and manage risks through clear communication.
• Control & quality: embed robust controls and audit-ready execution; drive remediation.
• Org leadership at scale: lead 75–100 FTE multi-layer organization and build leadership bench.
• Operating model & transformation: drive standardization, automation, and delivery evolution.
• Develop scalable, tool-enabled operations and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Delivery leadership: Own fund books (US GAAP/IFRS), monthly/quarterly close and NAVs, capital activity and allocations, investment accounting entries, reconciliations, fee/expense allocation, and carried interest/waterfall support.
• Stakeholder governance: Lead operational governance with US leadership, ensure timely decisioning, and manage risks/escalations through clear, structured communication.
• Control & quality: Embed robust operational controls, issue prevention, and audit-ready execution; drive root-cause fixes and sustained remediation.
• Org leadership at scale: Lead a 75–100 FTE multi-layer organization; build high-performing technical teams, strengthen leadership bench, and sustain a strong service culture in a competitive talent market.
• Operating model & transformation: Set and execute a clear multi-year agenda for standardization, automation, and delivery model evolution
• Strong track record building scalable, tool-enabled operations and converting ideas into measurable outcomes

Experience & Qualifications
