Skillinabox is seeking a Makeup Artistry Trainer to shape our training culture and collaborate with senior trainers and leadership. You will support product strategies, build rapport with learners, and lead training initiatives with potential to grow into a leadership role.

This entrepreneurial position involves working closely with founders and the board, requiring high energy and a hunger to grow within Edtech and Skill-tech.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years as a Makeup Artist, beauty education, or counselling related to make-up or cosmetology.
• Expertise in any field of Cosmetology.
• A highly motivated individual who enjoys building relationships and helps drive adoption of products and services.
• Hands-on experience creating, testing & rolling out campaigns.
• Willing to experiment, take initiative, and contribute to scaling the program.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop engaging resources for learners in Makeup.
• Personal Training Sessions (Online): Provide one-on-one or group sessions remotely.
• Reports and Analysis: Monitor learner progress and provide insights.
• Mentoring and Counselling: Guide learners in the makeup artistry field.
• Team Creation: Build and manage smaller remote teams across states.

As a Makeup Artistry Trainer at Skillinabox , you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our training culture for Make-up Artistry Program. Working alongside senior trainers and the leadership team, you'll be directly responsible for supporting our product strategies, building rapport with learners, and collaborating on educational campaigns. This is a growth-focused role where you’ll contribute to our development while honing your skills, with the opportunity to lead training initiatives and eventually grow into a leadership role.

Please Note:

This is an entrepreneurial role where you will be joining the core team and working with founders as well as the board directly. A transient role, we are looking for someone with high energy & hunger to grow with us and propel their career in Edtech & Skill-tech.

Key responsibilities areas are mentioned below -

• Content Creation: Develop and produce engaging, informative content for learners, possibly in the form of lessons, tutorials, or resources in the field of Makeup.
• Personal Training Sessions (Online): Provide one-on-one or group training sessions for learners remotely, guiding them through relevant topics or skills.
• Reports and Analysis: Regularly monitor and evaluate the progress of learners, and provide data-driven insights to improve the learning experience.
• Mentoring and Counselling: Offer personal guidance and support to learners in the make-up artistry field, helping them navigate challenges and achieve their goals.
• Team Creation: Build and manage smaller remote teams across different states, assisting with the hiring and onboarding process to ensure the teams are cohesive and aligned with company goals.
