Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of hospital facilities.
• Maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and utility systems.
• Inspect hospital infrastructure and identify maintenance requirements.
• Repair mechanical, electrical, and civil defects promptly.
• Support maintenance of generators, water supply systems, lifts, and medical gas pipelines.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
• Coordinate with biomedical engineering, housekeeping, security, and facility teams.
• Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, and service records.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, fire safety requirements, and hospital engineering standards.
• Monitor contractor and vendor maintenance activities when assigned.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
• Support energy conservation and facility improvement initiatives.
• Ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained hospital environment.
