Job summary

RCC Infrastructures is seeking a Building Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations and coordinate with technicians, contractors, and vendors. The candidate should have strong knowledge of civil, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems and be able to read drawings.

Diploma in Civil or Mechanical or a related graduate degree is required, with 15 years of experience in building maintenance or facility management. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil or Mechanical is required or equivalent graduate qualification.
• 15 years of experience in building maintenance or facility management.
• Ability to read construction and maintenance drawings.
• Basic knowledge of civil, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of civil, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance and be able to coordinate effectively with technicians, contractors, and vendors.
