Living Link For Real Estate WLL in Bahrain is seeking a Maintenance & Property Helper to join the team. The role involves cleaning, basic plumbing/electrical work, AC maintenance, and property-related tasks across multiple properties.

Visa provisions are included and candidates from Kerala, India are preferred. The position requires 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently, with company-provided accommodation and a monthly package

Qualifications

• Male candidates only

• Direct hiring from Kerala
• New employment visa will be provided

• Malayalam/Hindi preferred
• Basic maintenance experience required
• Must be willing to perform cleaning, maintenance and general property-related duties
• Must be capable of working independently
• Must be willing to handle customer room showings when required

• Basic plumbing work
• Basic electrical work
• AC maintenance and basic repairs – experience is preferred, but willingness to learn is important
• Washing machine and refrigerator basic maintenance/assistance
• Daily property-related maintenance and support activities
• General office/helper duties when required
• Showing rooms to customers and assisting with customer enquiries when required
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Ability to work under pressure and handle different responsibilities

Living Link For Real Estate WLL is looking for a young, hardworking male candidate to join our real estate and property management team in Bahrain.

New Visa Provided

NATIONALITY

Indian – Kerala only

AGE

Preferably 23–26 years

EXPERIENCE

6 months – 1 year in maintenance/property-related work

SALARY & BENEFITS

Total Monthly Package: BD 180

• Basic Salary: BD 100
• Food Allowance: BD 30
• Other Allowance: BD 10
• Accommodation: BD 50 – Company-provided accommodation

Living Link currently manages around 120 customers/properties, which may provide opportunities to earn additional income.

IMPORTANT:

The BD 50 accommodation component is provided in the form of company-provided accommodation. It is not payable in cash and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Food is not provided separately. The food allowance is included in the monthly package.
• 6 working days + 1 day off per week

VISA & TRAVEL
