Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Robotics / Pick-and-place machine breakdown maintenance in electronics manufacturing.
• Diploma in E&E/E&C/Mechatronics with relevant exposure to SMT environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain uptime of robotic SMT machines and strong process knowledge for listed machines.
• Lead PDCA cycles for optical equipment and implement preventive maintenance.
• Identify and resolve recurring problems with RCAs and permanent corrective actions.
• Lead discussions with process owners and CoC for unresolved issues.
• Manage spare parts inventory and obsolescence to ensure readiness.
• Contribute to design reviews focusing on testability and reliability.

1. Maintain the uptime of Robotic machines, Strong process and program knowledge in SMT. Required skilled person for below SMT machines as primary responsibility.
PANASONIC – Pick and place M/C [Models-NPM W/W2, CM602, CM402L], ASM [SX2-V3 Siplace], ASYS, Nutek-Board transporters [BHS], HIRATA [Thermal fuse locking machine], PRM100 & IPTE, Shunk Milling M/C.

2. Maintain PDCA for optical Equipment's.

3. Elimination of repeated problem in Robotic process.

4.Implementation of best Practice and Process Improvement.

5. Quickly identify part failure issues in station, conduct in-depth investigations to find the RC and provide permanent measures

6.Leading discussions with process Owner and CoC for non-solving problem

7. Take responsibility for spare parts management, ensuring availability and readiness Manage obsolete spares efficiently.

8.Participate in design reviews, providing input on testability and reliability aspects.

9. Working on the Modification or Improvement of the vision stations

10. Process Expert has to lead a topic where engineers need support

11. Evaluate and integrate new automated testing tools/jig and methodologies.

12. Analyze test results and provide feedback to process owners and product development team.

13. Co-ordination with Process owner for improvement activities

14. Quick Adaption of Change Management.

15. Create Machine FMEA and review. Change potential points into CBM.

16. Knowledge transfer and Lessons Learned deployment across the team members.

17. RPP measure implementation for productivity and process improvements (e.g.Tool life extension, Tool/Spare parts localization )

18. Proactive identification of potential quality risks / Breakdown and containment / correction work on Predictive action.

19. Implementation of Digital systems in Maintenance like i4.0 solutions, AI/ML,BOT,RPA,Predictive Maintenance, etc.Shall work for safety improvements.

5 to 8 Years of experience in Robotics / Pick and place machines Breakdown Maintenance worked in Electronic manufacturing industries
