• Diploma holder with 3+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Experience in SMT process, pneumatic and electrical troubleshooting.
• Should have worked in electronic manufacturing industries.
• Proficient in machine programming and troubleshooting of inspection/testing equipment.
• Should be a team player with learning attitude and self-motivation.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain 5S and safety at the workplace.
• Keep uptime of the machines and perform break down maintenance and PM on soldering equipment (Reflow, SPP, BHS, stencil cleaning, SMD tower, dry chamber).
• Handle break down maintenance and PM of DMC laser printer.
• Escalate open points to suppliers and close them quickly.
• Strive to reduce maintenance costs and manage spare parts.
• Keep MTTR below target level and work on the SMT line independently.
• Apply 5Why analysis to identify root causes.
• Participate in continuous improvement and meet individual/department targets.
• Work in 3 shifts and ensure compliance with processes, safety, and customer requirements.

• Should maintain 5S, safety at his workplace
• Maintaining the uptime of the machine.
• Responsible for break down maintenance and PM of Soldering machines (Reflow, SPP, BHS, Stencil cleaning machine, SMD Tower, Dry chamber, etc).
• Responsible for break down maintenance and PM of DMC laser printer.
• Effectively escape the open points and major breakdowns to Suppliers and close it with in shortest period.
• Should work for reducing the Maintenance Cost
• Spare parts management and follow-up to get the spare parts.
• Keep MTTR below the target level
• Should be able to handle entire SMT line independently.
• Find the R.C through 5why analysis as per the defined criteria
• "Should have good analytical skills, converting ability to solve problems on machines & lines. Should possess deep problem-solving abilities eg:8D"
• Should predict the problems in the machine and take preliminary actions to avoid the breakdown (implementation of Predictive maintenance)
• Should work for controlling the scrap and droppage
• Should work on Continuous improvement
• Responsible for individual target and department target
• Should work in 3 shifts operation and reports to Maintenance shift Leader
• Ensure the adherence to manufacturing process compliance with legal & safety requirements, customer requirements, Bosch standards and process specifications and ensure the team also follows the same

Diploma with 3+ Years Of Experience

Should have worked in Electronic manufacturing industries

SMT process knowledge , Pneumatic and Electrical trouble shooting

Experience in Inspection & Testing machines programing and troubleshooting

Should be team player Should have learning attitude, self learner / ability to self-learnShould be self motivated

Should take initiative to achieve the goal. Maintains Good cooperation with Cross functional team
