Job Purpose

To achieve the objectives of maintenance activities as per business plan, ensure safe working conditions and practices by meeting statutory requirements; maintain harmonious relationship with all functions; develop and implement short term & long term growth plans for the unit.

Job Description

• To ensure the availability of machines and equipment to meet the target production as per business plan in coordination with other functions.
• To ensure the quality of products through proper maintenance of various control systems in machines and equipment.

Cost Control

• Ensure utilization of all resources.
• Ensure the cost of production as per purtanorm by monitoring through periodical review.
• Modification and Development

Modification and Development

Proper planning and scheduling for implementation of BLOCK sanctions.

Skill Development

• To ensure the subordinates developments through effective training.
• To guide subordinates in application of problem solving tools in maintenance activities and ensure the availability of machine and equipment for production.

Quality Management System

Ensure the safe working conditions and practices by meeting the statutory requirements and government rules & regulations.

Ensure to implement the Total Quality Management System throughout the organization.
