Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages (HCCB) in Maharashtra invites an experienced maintenance leader to oversee all plant maintenance, ensuring production schedules and maximum uptime.

The role includes managing annual budgets, preventive and breakdown maintenance, execution of engineering projects, safety compliance, and vendor development for spares and external services to optimize utilities and ensure adherence to local laws.

Qualifications

• BE Mechanical degree is required.
• 10+ years of experience, especially in Utilities.
• Experience in maintenance planning and budgets is preferred.

Responsabilités

• To manage all maintenance activities in the plant to ensure adherence to production schedules and maximize productivity.
• Overall responsibility for all maintenance activities including annual maintenance contracts, breakdown maintenance of all equipment, and preventive maintenance systems.
• Execution of all engineering projects
• Designing and implementing appropriate systems preventive maintenance, equipment history and asset register.
• Preparation and control of annual plant maintenance budgets.
• Maintenance planning and control.
• Developing vendors for spares and contractors for outside maintenance services
• Safety of personnel, facilities and equipment.
• Overall responsibility for adherence to local laws, especially labor laws, pollution control laws, fire and explosives, safety, electrical installations etc.
• Direct responsibility for achieving the usage factors for utilities
