Bluerick Mobility is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Rohtak, India, to lead the mechanical maintenance team and drive maximum equipment uptime, efficiency, and safety across our manufacturing shops. The role falls under Operations, Maintenance & Support as we scale our EV manufacturing plant.

The ideal candidate will have a mechanical engineering background with leadership experience in an industrial setting and a focus on reliability and safety standards.

• UG: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical maintenance team to maximize equipment uptime.
• Ensure operational efficiency and safety across Press Shop, Weld Shop, Paint Shop, Assembly Line, and Powertrain/Machine Shop.
