Job summary

TCS IAE in Pune and Coimbatore seeks a Maintenance Master Data Specialist with 8–15 years of experience to manage SAP EAM/MM master data, create maintenance plans, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for asset maintenance. Strong data handling and reporting skills are essential.

The role involves ensuring data integrity, implementing maintenance updates, and supporting maintenance planning with technical documentation and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Engineering/ Trade in Mechanical or Instrumentation/Electrical required.
• Oil & Gas domain experience in Upstream/Midstream or Refinery Plant Maintenance preferred.
• Experience in Maintenance Master Data Management (Asset updates/Maint Updates/Doc Updates in SAP) required.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA EAM and MM (GUI and Fiori) – Techno functional.

Responsibilities

• Be a focal point between Customer and other remotely located teams; coordinate with the remotely located team for delivery and quality control.
• Assist Maint. Excellence team with SAP EAM and MM data extractions, run reports and User testings.
• Manage maintenance Master data requests for Assets, PM and Materials in a time-bound manner; create/update/manage technical objects in SAP EAM/MM.
• Coordinate with Site and work with Maintenance Planning/Reliability Eng/Integrity/Project/Ops/HSEF.
• Develop KPI and reports for Sr. Management Projects.
• Mentor and clarify change requests received from business.

Role Name: Maintenance Engineer – Master Data Specialist

Responsibilities

Be a focal point between Customer and other remotely located teams. Coordinate with remotely situated team for delivery and quality control

Assisting Maint. Excellence team with SAP EAM and MM data extractions, running reports and User testings.

Manage maintenance Master data requests for Assets, PM and Materials in a time bound manner:

• Create, update, manage technical objects related to master data build in SAP EAM /MM
• Develop Maintenance Plan as per the strategies
• Develop and update BOM, Measuring Points, Documents

Coordination with Site and working with Maintenance Planning/ Reliabiltiy Eng/Integrity/Project/Ops/HSEF

Develop KPI and reports for Sr. Management Projects

Be able to mentor and clarify change requests received from business.

Must Have Skills

• Engineering/ Trade in Mechanical or Instrumentation/Electrical
