Job summary

PCB Power India in Gujarat, India, is seeking a maintenance technician to handle preventive and breakdown maintenance across production equipment. You will maintain records, plan spare parts for critical machines, and assist with CNC troubleshooting and welding tasks.

Basic computer skills are required for data updates and documentation. Candidates should be comfortable with mechanical maintenance, gearboxes, pumps and blowers, and have familiarity with AC and chiller systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines.
• Knowledge of CNC troubleshooting and mechanical maintenance.
• Familiarity with metal and plastic welding processes.
• Hands-on experience with AC and chiller systems.
• Basic computer skills for data updates and record keeping.
• Material planning and spares generation for critical machines.
• Knowledge of gearboxes, pumps and blowers.

Responsibilities

• Attend preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of machines.
• Keep records of machine breakdowns and daily maintenance.
• Material planning and spares generation for critical machines.
• Update and maintain data related to equipment.
• CNC machine troubleshooting.
• Work with gearboxes, pumps and blowers components.
• Perform metal and plastic welding as required.
• Support knowledge on AC and chiller systems.
