Job summary

IDEMIA is hiring an Engineer - Maintenance at NSEZ, Noida to plan, design and implement maintenance programs to optimize availability and productivity of production facilities and equipment.

Key responsibilities include installation/commissioning, repair and preventive maintenance, coordinating with production for safety inspections, managing supplier contracts, and generating KPI reports to ensure compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Holds electric or automation basics.
• Possesses basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and tools.
• Works under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manages installation and commissioning of new equipment following local safety guidelines.
• Repairs and maintains mechanical and electronic equipment, tools and instruments with safety adherence.
• Coordinates with production staff for repair work, safety inspections and procurement aligned with production schedules.
• Collaborates with Health and Safety to ensure machines comply with laws.
• Manages contracts with machine suppliers and monitors inventory of parts and consumables.
• Provides information for external or internal audits (KPI/ISO) and reports on performance.
• Maintains key performance indicators and delivers monthly reports.

This role plans, designs and implements maintenance programs to optimize the availability and productivity of production site facilities and equipment.

Key Missions

We are hiring for Engineer - Maintenance based at NSEZ, Noida .

Key roles and responsibilities include:

• Manages and participates in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, following the local safety guidelines
• Repairs and maintains mechanical and electronic equipment, tools, and instruments, following the local safety guidelines
• Liaises with production staff to coordinate repair work, statutory safety inspections and supply of new plant and equipment with production schedules
• Works in a team with Health and Safety to ensure the machines are compliant with the law
• Manages the contract with the machine suppliers
• Monitors the equipment inventory and consumables
• Provides information for external or internal audit (KPI/ ISO certification)
• Maintains key performance indicators and delivers monthly reports
• Holds electric or automation basics
• Possesses basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and tools obtained through work experience or education
• Works under supervision
