Job summary

Fifth Estate Agency in Pune seeks a growth-oriented self-starter to join our award-winning Digital Brand Services team. The role blends Mainline Account Management with Digital/Social Media Servicing to drive brand success across platforms.

You will research, ideate, and implement social media strategies, develop editorial calendars, create reports, and interface with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyse & ideate social media strategy for large brands and national clients.
• Develop editorial calendars, creatives and communications meeting brand goals.
• Publish and monitor client accounts with accurate posting.
• Interface with clients, business heads, designers, writers and tech specialists to move projects forward.
• Collaborate with Social Media Executives and Account Managers to ensure timely execution.
• Supervise production of concepts ensuring output matches approvals.
• Keep up with trends in social media, tech, advertising and design.
• Be the in-house expert on all things social.

This role sits at the intersection of Mainline Account Management and Digital/Social Media Servicing, making you a key contributor in driving brand success across platforms.

• Research, Analyse & Ideate Social Media Strategy for large MNC and National brands from diverse industries
• Develop impactful editorial calendars, creatives and communications which meet all brand and business goals along with accurate account posting and publishing for all clients
• Create monthly reports tracking and monitoring results for clients on their accounts.
• Interface with clients, business heads, designers, writers and technical specialists to keep all projects moving in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborate with Social Media Executives, Interns & Account Managers to ensure timely execution and optimizations of approved calendars
• Supervise Production of concepts to ensure output as per concept approvals.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in social media, technology, advertising, marketing & design.
• Be the in-house expert on all things social

Mainline Servicing

• To be the interface between agency's internal stakeholders and clients
• Work closely with Brand Management, Marcomm & Corp Comm teams on client side to understand their brand goals, business goals and communication goals
• Work closely with Content, Design, Digital and Media teams on the agency side to work on client briefs and deliver solutions as per client expectations
• Conduct in person / virtual meetings with clients for briefings, proposal presentations and project reviews
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Taking part in pitches for new contracts
• Handling commercial aspects of assigned client accounts such as timely submission of invoices and timely payment recovery

• Abreast of the latest trends in advertising, social media and digital technology.
• Relevant skill-based certifications are an added advantage.
• Highest level of technical expertise in the latest social media platform features and updates.
