Job summary

Capgemini in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Mainframe developer to analyze, design, develop, and support Mainframe applications using Micro Focus Enterprise Server/Enterprise Developer. The role focuses on modernization, migration, and re-hosting of legacy systems to distributed platforms.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Mainframe development and support with strong exposure to Micro Focus Enterprise Suite.
• Hands-on COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, and Micro Focus Enterprise Server/Developer.
• Experience in Mainframe modernization, migration, and application re-hosting projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills with knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in a global team environment.
