About The Team

Our team develops the core lending product for Auto Finance industry. We serve clients from various geographies and is responsible for every functional/business aspect of a lending / leasing portfolio.

What You Will Be Doing

• Contributes to the design of complex applications, considering various intricacies to create advanced application structures that align with project requirements
• Examines software configurations to ensure the accurate setup, functionality, and ongoing maintenance of intricate software programs
• Analyzes complex and multifaceted user requirements for software solutions, discerning intricate user needs to inform the development and design of software applications
• Applies practical technical knowledge to execute complex development tasks in order to optimize software engineering processes

What You Bring

• 1 to 3 years of experience in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS in Mainframe application development with good grasp in mainframe tools
• Must have good knowledge on Banking/ Lending Domain
• Systematics ALS experience would be an added advantage
• On-call production support experience would be an added advantage, but not essential to the role
• Agile Scrum experience would be an added advantage
• Experienced with all major development and delivery phases and activities
• Has participated in the full spectrum of delivery activities on multiple development projects
• Ability to explore new age technology improvement/ automation is desirable
