Role Description

The MAHILA CAREER ADVISOR (KURNOOL) is a full-time, on-site role based in Kurnool. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group counseling sessions, organizing career awareness programs, and providing information on LIC’s training, development, and employment opportunities. The role involves assessing career interests, developing personalized career plans, and offering ongoing support for career progression and skill enhancement. The advisor will collaborate with local branches, training teams, and community organizations to increase awareness and participation in LIC’s career and development initiatives.
