Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in Civil is required.
• Proficiency in CAD and BIM software is expected.
• Teaching or training experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Training delivery: teach AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, 3ds Max, STAAD.Pro, Estimation & Costing, ETABS, SketchUp, MS Project, and Primavera to students.
• Cover building design & analysis, estimation, BIM, architectural design, MEP, and structural design.
• Develop and refine course material to industry standards.
• Lead practical, project-based learning for students.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback.
• Keep content aligned with current civil and architectural practice.
• Mentor students toward their career goals.
