The role includes maintaining production quality, monitoring machine performance, and ensuring safety and hygiene standards are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Line Operations

• Operate and monitor the production/filling line efficiently.
• Ensure the filling line is working properly throughout the shift.
• Maintain the required product level during production.
• Coordinate with the production team to achieve daily production targets.
• Perform basic machine checks before starting operations.

Manpower Handling

• Manage and guide manpower working on the production line.
• Allocate work responsibilities to line workers as per production requirements.
• Ensure discipline and smooth coordination among team members.

Wastage Control

• Monitor material usage and avoid unnecessary wastage.
• Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished goods.
• Report any leakage, spillage, or abnormal wastage immediately.

Quality & Safety

• Follow GMP, safety, and hygiene practices during operations.
• Ensure product quality standards are maintained during production.
• Maintain cleanliness of the production area and machines.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain production records and line-related reports.
• Inform supervisors about machine breakdowns or production issues.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams when required.
