• Operate grinding machines as per production requirements.
• Set and adjust machine parameters, tools and grinding wheels.
• Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Inspect components using Vernier, Micrometer and other measuring instruments.
• Maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per specifications.
• Perform machine loading, unloading and proper component clamping.
• Follow quality, safety and 5S standards.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and report machine issues to the maintenance team.
