Dispatch; Cross Border Trucking Operations Control; Dispatch (Heavy Weight); On Road, Air

Hub Activities – Outbound

• Create Airline booking!
• Sort shipments as per booking plan
• Create CONS Bags
• Prepare manifest for Airline connections and necessary E-Waybills
• Load Truck
• Depart truck!
• Update CLASS as per AI Booking and send Pre-Alerts and E-waybills

Handover Activities

• Supervise unloading
• Retriever paperwork from driver, submit to Airport/ AI cargo area
• Loaders to load shipments on designated screening belt
• Air offloads to be off-loaded, Resource to De-CON remove shipments causing issues and Re-Con. Add STAT 33 for these shipments.
• Remaining shipments to be handed back to airline for screening.
• Sign necessary security/airline handover documentation
• Ensure necessary TSP is deducted from DO account if applicable for Inbound and Outbound.

Retrieval Activities

• Ensure offloaded shipments are loaded back onto the truck.
• If there are inbound shipments ready to be retrieved these need to be loaded as well.
• Seal truck, and depart truck

Hub Activities - Inbound

• Hub team to break seal and confirm shipments received as per pre-alert.

Responsible for the completion of defined processes and procedures to deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards. Identifies anomalies as they arise and uses judgement based on rules and procedures to resolve. For complex issues, may elevate to senior team members.
