Job summary

Qualifications

  • Requires minimum graduate degree and relevant industry experience.
  • Total experience 7–8 years with at least 3–4 years in team management.
  • Strong proficiency in coordinating across multiple departments and handling administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily coordination support to operational and clerical teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist the manager with scheduling, documentation, and communications to aid efficient operations.
  • Oversee service assurance and customer service activities and resolve inquiries promptly.
  • Manage on-road operations including handling, dispatch, and delivery processes for timely service.
  • Implement and maintain quality management practices to uphold service standards.
  • Monitor and control network operations to maximize efficiency and reduce disruptions.
  • Support customer service and the support group in client relationship enhancements.
  • Manage contract sourcing and negotiations with service providers and vendors.
  • Ensure safety and regulatory compliance for handling dangerous goods during operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the customer service and support group in resolving customer queries and enhancing client relationships.
  • Manage contract sourcing and negotiations to secure reliable service providers and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards for handling dangerous goods during operations to mitigate risks.
