INT FedEx Express Transportation and Supply Chain Services (India) Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned People Operations Specialist to lead change initiatives, design HR strategies, and collaborate with leadership on growth plans.

You will work with Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Comp & Benefits to deliver a seamless employee experience. The role requires 5-6 years as an HR Business Partner in fast-growing environments, strong communication, and high EQ.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of overall experience as a Business Partner in high growth environments.
