Job summary

TCS is conducting a Walk-in-drive for the role of M365 Admin in Chennai. Experience required: 6 to 10 years. Interview mode: Face to face. Timing: 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Date: 19-Sep-2026.

The candidate must demonstrate strong M365 administration skills, PowerShell scripting for automation, and expertise in Azure AD, Defender for Office 365, Intune, and DLP/AIP administration.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of experience in M365 administration and related technologies.
• Proficient with M365 tenant and platform administration including configuration and setup.
• Strong exposure to M365 fundamentals: licenses, users, mailbox, MS Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, ATP, Azure AD.

Required Skills

• M365 Tenant and Platform Administration including configuration and setup


• Strong exposure on M365 fundamentals including License Management, User & Mailbox, MS teams, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online administration, M365 productivity tools, ATP, Azure AD


• Strong knowledge on PowerShell scripting for Tasks automation using various PS modules · Hands-on knowledge on Azure AD, Azure AD connect for M365 modules


• Experience in Azure and Microsoft 365 security and identity ·


• Experience in Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Identity Protection, and Intune


• Experience in AIP & DLP administration and support


• Should have good understanding on Monitoring and reporting of Service Health & Message Center

Good-to-Have

1. Planning, designing and Implementing of M365 services

2. Knowledge on Migration of Messaging and collaboration workload from on-prem to Online

5. Knowledge on enterprise Mobility like Endpoint Manager

6. Ability to work with solution architect for technical solution

7. Ability to manage multiple tenants

8. Good knowledge in ITSM tools like ServiceNow

9. Good communication and articulation skill.
