Job summary

Quest Global in Bengaluru, India is seeking an experienced frontend engineer to develop high-quality UI components in VueJS and connect them with Node.js backends.

You will translate designs into accessible code, write tests with Jest or Cypress, and contribute to Agile ceremonies while maintaining code quality and performance.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of frontend experience with modern frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Git workflows and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality responsive UI components using VueJS (functional components & Hooks).
• Build and maintain Node.js REST/GraphQL APIs consumed by frontend applications.
• Translate UX/UI designs into production-ready, accessible code.
• Write unit and integration tests using Jest, VueJS Testing Library or Cypress.
• Manage code with Git — branching, PRs, code reviews — mandatory proficiency.
• Optimize application performance: lazy loading, code splitting, memoization.
