Qualifications

• Active Bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum years practicing law with commercial contracts, employment law, and structured finance.
• Deep knowledge of private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in contract redlining and negotiation with attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience reviewing and advising SaaS MSAs and data privacy matters.
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, able to distill complex legal concepts.
