Job summary

LUMIQ is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Java Spring Boot and React.js. You will build analytical dashboards and data-driven applications for FSI clients, designing REST APIs, microservices, and real-time data interfaces.

You will own CI/CD and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure), collaborate with data engineering and ML teams, and contribute to architecture decisions while delivering demos to clients in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Java backend and React frontend development.
• Experience building scalable REST APIs and microservices.
• Familiarity with cloud deployments and container orchestration.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams and document architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable REST APIs and microservices.
• Develop responsive React.js frontends for analytical dashboards.
• Integrate model outputs, data pipelines, and AI/MCP model APIs.
• Embed intelligent capabilities via MCP and AI model integrations.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Present demos and lead sprint reviews with stakeholders.
• Write and maintain technical documentation.
• Contribute to overall full-stack architecture decisions.

About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Senior Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Java (Spring Boot) backend development and React.js frontend engineering. You will be embedded in a cross-functional product team at LUMIQ, building analytical dashboards and data-driven applications for leading FSI enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable REST APIs and microservices using Java (Spring Boot), applying microservices, event-driven, and CQRS architectural patterns.
• Develop responsive, data-rich React.js frontends for analytical dashboards, integrating with backend APIs and real-time data streams.
• Collaborate closely with data engineering and ML teams to integrate model outputs, data pipelines, and AI/MCP model APIs into product features.
• Work with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI model integrations to embed intelligent capabilities into full-stack applications.
• Own CI/CD pipeline configuration and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure) using Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions or equivalent tools.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Present demos, lead sprint review walkthroughs, and communicate technical progress clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Write and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Contribute to full-stack architecture decisions spanning Java backend and React frontend.
