Job summary

LTM in India is seeking an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to define and drive end-to-end Pega architectures using Constellation UI and DX APIs. The role demands deep technical leadership and collaboration with business and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, future-ready platforms.

This is a permanent, on-site role with locations across major Indian cities including Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Noida, Kolkata and Bangalore; immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architecture Solution Design for Pega applications.

• Own system design decisions around data modeling, integrations, security, and scalability.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• The Pega Lead System Architect LSA will be responsible for defining and driving the end-to-end architecture of Pega solutions using Constellation UI architecture and DX APIs.
• The role requires deep technical expertise architectural leadership and close collaboration with business and engineering teams to deliver scalable secure and future ready Pega platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture Solution Design
• Lead overall solution architecture for Pega applications using Pega Constellation Cosmos React
• Define and govern architecture leveraging Pega DX APIs for headless and omnichannel UI implementations
• Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails best practices and enterprise architecture standards
• Own system design decisions around case management data modeling integrations security and scalability
• Guide modernization and migration from traditional UI Sectionbased to Constellation where applicableDX API Integration Leadership
• Design and govern integrations using DX APIs REST SOAP JMS and database connectors
• Work closely with frontend teams ReactAngular consuming DX APIs
• Define API contracts data payloads and integration patterns
• Troubleshoot complex architectural performance and integration issues
