Job summary

Impact HR & KM Solutions in Nashik is seeking a Senior Accounts Manager to lead day-to-day accounting and finance operations in a demanding engineering/construction environment.

You will oversee general ledger, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, budgeting, and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax), while guiding a finance team and coordinating audits. This role requires 10–15 years of relevant experience and a B.Com degree, with on-site work.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Graduate with B.Com.
• Senior Accounts Manager role in Engineering/Construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulations.
• Coordinate audits and ensure closure of audit observations.
• Review and approve financial transactions, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Supervise accounting team members and mentor for growth.
• Support business planning, cost control, and profitability improvements.
