Pagaar India is seeking an experienced Sales Executive – Inbound Voice to handle FM Radio subscription sales from international customers. The role focuses on educating customers about subscription plans, pricing, and benefits, with emphasis on upselling and renewals. Night shift is involved for US process updates.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of outbound/inbound sales experience, strong communication, and CRM proficiency. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills are required.
• Experience in inbound voice process and international BPO is preferred.
• Subscription sales experience with upselling and retention focus is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from international customers.
