Job summary
NTT DATA Services in Hyderabad is seeking a NetSuite Functional Consultant with Manufacturing to lead design and deployment of manufacturing processes within NetSuite for Life Sciences clients. You will standardize operations and support planning, production, and quality-related processes.
The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing processes and 5+ years implementing NetSuite modules; familiarity with GMP and traceability is preferred. Hybrid work across multiple cities may be offered.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related field is required.
- 8+ years of manufacturing process experience is required.
- 5+ years implementing manufacturing modules within NetSuite or similar ERP platforms.
- Strong understanding of discrete manufacturing and life sciences manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Manufacturing Process Design: Assess current manufacturing processes across entities, define future-state operating model, and standardize workflows and controls.
- NetSuite Manufacturing Solution Design: Configure and validate BOMs, Routings, Work Orders, Production Scheduling, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Costing, Manufacturing Execution, and Life Sciences compliance.
- Master Data & Migration: Define migration strategy for BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Data, Item Masters; Lead UAT and support cutover planning and manufacturing readiness assessments.
