Crysta IVF seeks an experienced healthcare executive to drive financial performance across multiple IVF centres in Delhi. You will design and implement plans to hit revenue and OPD targets, oversee P&L, and ensure meticulous documentation by the care team.

The role demands 10+ years in healthcare, preferably IVF, with proven ability to manage multi-site operations and improve performance metrics. Finance, strategy and leadership skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in healthcare industry (preferably IVF).
• Experience with P&L management and multi-centre operations.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and patient metrics.

Responsibilities

• Devise and implement action plans for achievement of financial targets of the multiple centres.
• Ensure monthly targets of revenue and OPD bookings are met as per monthly/yearly plan.
• P&L responsibility.
• Ensure timely, accurate and legible documentation by consultants, investing doctors, nurses, embryologists and everyone concerned with patient care.
