Job summary

Johnson Controls in Pune is seeking a Logistics & EXIM Executive to manage import/export shipments, coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and transporters, and ensure timely material movement for manufacturing.

You will handle documentation (BOE, Shipping Bills, Invoices, Packing Lists, COO, AWB/BL), oversee customs clearance, and monitor schemes like EPCG and Deemed Export, collaborating with procurement, planning, production, finance, and sales.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
• EXIM/Foreign Trade certification, if available.
• 3–5 years of experience in Import-Export Operations, Logistics, Customs, or Supply Chain.
• Experience in manufacturing industry preferred, HVAC/Chiller.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters for import/export shipments.
• Prepare and verify import/export documentation (BOE, Shipping Bills, Invoices, Packing Lists, COO, AWB/BL).
• Handle customs clearance activities and ensure compliance with Customs, DGFT, and Foreign Trade regulations.
• Manage export/import schemes (EPCG, Deemed Export, MOOWR, EOU, RoDTEP, Advance Authorization).
• Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Production, Finance, and Sales for shipment execution.
• Verify invoices and process payments; prepare EXIM MIS reports and cost analysis.
