Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain inventory accuracy between physical stock and SAP/ERP records.
• Monitor inventory receipts, material movements, stock levels and discrepancies.
• Execute and troubleshoot SAP/ERP inventory transactions related to receiving, movements, adjustments and reconciliation.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Drive corrective actions and ensure inventory issues are resolved within timelines.
• Manage cycle counts, inventory audits, reconciliation and scrap activities.
• Develop inventory reports, dashboards and KPIs to improve visibility.
• Create and continuously improve SOPs, inventory controls and standard work.
• Work closely with manufacturing partners, suppliers and global teams to resolve inventory-related issues.
