Job summary

Bloom Engineering in Pune is seeking a Logistics and Export Coordinator to manage end-to-end sales and export operations, including invoicing, documentation, and dispatch planning.

You will ensure compliance with export processes, coordinate with forwarders, generate MIS reports, and oversee packaging and courier activities.

Position Summary

Logistics and Export Coordinator will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end sales and commercial operations, including invoicing, export documentation, and logistics coordination. The role ensures compliance with export processes, efficient dispatch planning, and accurate reporting (MIS/BOM) to support smooth and timely order execution.

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for invoicing and documentation of domestic and export sales
• Handle all export‑related formalities and compliance
• Negotiate with forwarders for export freight
